Graemsdyke Avenue, SW14

In this back-to-brick renovation, we excavated to increase height and add oversized glazing for better views and garden access. The utility room was centrally located to allow for a full-width kitchen, pantry, and seating booth. Upstairs, a dormer with steel doors and a Juliet balcony created a spacious master suite.

Our Clients Say

“We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H+H. Debbie understood what we wanted to achieve straight away, and ensured we maximised space and light. She also suggested interior finishes which we are delighted with and really make our house feel special. The process ran so smoothly, and we are thrilled with the result.”
